2. What you buy

You buy a personal murder mystery game for your party, written about your own guests: a personal page for each guest with a role, secrets and clues, a host guide, control of the rounds and a reveal. The content is written by artificial intelligence (AI) based on the information you give us, and it is delivered digitally. You can read, print and save the murder mystery.

Before you pay, you see the cast list and the beginning of the story for free, so you know what you are getting. Check the cast list before you pay.

3. Price and payment

The price depends on the number of players: €33 for 6-8 players and €40 for 9-12 players. Prices are in euro (EUR) and are the final prices for the whole group. The price is shown clearly before you pay, and no fees are added on top.

You pay by card, Apple Pay or Google Pay through our payment provider, Stripe. The amount is charged when you complete the purchase. We never see your card details.

4. Delivery

Delivery begins immediately after payment, on a personal page with a unique link, and the murder mystery is normally ready within a few minutes. Save the link so you can find the murder mystery again. You also receive a receipt by email.

5. Right of withdrawal

As a consumer, you normally have a 14-day right of withdrawal when you buy online. For digital content that is delivered immediately, the right of withdrawal lapses under forbrugeraftaleloven (the Danish Consumer Contracts Act) once delivery has begun, if you have given your express consent to this in advance and confirmed that you thereby lose your right of withdrawal. You do this by ticking the box before you pay, and the confirmation is shown on your receipt.

6. Party guarantee

If the game does not work for your party, or the mystery cannot be solved, you get all your money back. The decision is yours. Write to hello@thesuspects.party or use the button in your host dashboard no later than 7 days after the party. The guarantee is voluntary and is in addition to your rights under the law.

7. Claims for defects

If what is delivered is defective, you have a two-year right to make a claim under købeloven (the Danish Sale of Goods Act). Contact us, and we will find a solution in line with the rules.

8. Your information and other people's

You are responsible for the information you write in the form. Do not write sensitive information about other people, for example about health, religious beliefs or sexuality. We only use the information to deliver the murder mystery. Read more in our privacy policy.

9. Use of the content

You may freely use, print and share the murder mystery privately and for your party or event. We do not use your content in our marketing without your permission.

10. Complaints

If you have a complaint, write to us first. If we cannot find a solution together, you can complain to Nævnenes Hus, Center for Klageløsning (the Danish public body for resolving consumer complaints), at naevneneshus.dk. Danish law applies to all purchases.
